Employee Benefits Summary

Compensation — We provide very competitive pay because we are a small company with low overhead.

Health Insurance — Our health care provider is UnitedHealthcare. We offer a Platinum plan and Bronze plan. The premium for the employee is paid by the company ($600 per month).

Dental Insurance — Our carrier is Delta Dental. The premium for the employee is paid by the company.

Vision Insurance — Our carrier is VSP. The premium for the employee is paid by the company.

401k Retirement Savings Plan — Employees participate in the company’s 401k plan. We offer numerous investment options administered directly by Vanguard and SDBA by Charles Schwab. The company contributes 3% regardless of what amount or whether the employee elects to contribute.

Training — We reimburse employees up to $4,000 per year for tuition, training and technology expenses: $2,000 for technology, and $2,000 for tuition, conferences, and training.

Short-term and Long-term Disability — STD/LTD coverage for all employees through Lincoln.

Time Off — We provide 5.5 weeks of vacation and sick leave each year.

Employee Referral Incentive — We provide $200 per month for each referral who works for the company.
